Exact Image Entertainment Group was founded in Kansas City in 1991 by Mi-Ling Stone Poole, owner and president. Her goal was to identify, develop and manage a diversified pool of talent, which included; entertainers, artists, speakers, models, musicians and filmmakers.

Since the inception of the company, Exact Image has negotiated recording and publishing contracts, supplied talent for radio, television, film and other media outlets. Another focus of the company stems from providing artist development and talent promotion services while concentrating on booking, casting and publicity.

Over the past 20 years Exact Image has provided talent for Fortune 500 corporations, colleges and universities, school districts nonprofit organizations as well as city and federal agencies throughout the country.
